Sapienza Innovation & Entrepreneurship Hub aims to stimulate and support innovation and the development of academic entrepreneurship, enhancing knowledge and directing it towards creating a positive impact—economic, social, and environmental—on society, with the goal of fostering social and economic growth for communities, regions, and the country.
To this end, SIEH is engaged in all stages of technological transfer and business incubation, from promoting entrepreneurial culture to scouting and developing new initiatives (prototyping, POCs, and TRL advancement), from identifying funding sources to supporting the establishment and growth of innovative academic startups, extending to open innovation operations.
In pursuit of these goals, SIEH mobilizes and integrates all relevant components of the university and develops virtuous, synergistic relationships with key national and international institutions, companies, and organizations that share the same objectives.
